Elite Block ensures all materials meet UAE construction standards. However, minor variations in color, texture, and weight may occur due to the nature of raw materials. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify specifications before project commencement.
All prices are quoted in AED and are subject to 5% VAT as per UAE law. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed deposit or full payment as per the invoice terms provided by our sales team.
We provide delivery across all Emirates. Customers must ensure that the delivery site is accessible for heavy-duty trucks. Elite Block is not responsible for delays caused by site inaccessibility or lack of proper offloading equipment if not pre-arranged.
Due to the nature of construction materials, returns are not accepted once the material is delivered and signed for. Quality claims must be reported at the time of delivery. Any damaged blocks will be replaced if reported immediately before unloading.
Elite Block shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from delays in delivery or improper handling of materials by third-party contractors at the site. Our liability is limited to the replacement value of the goods sold.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
